Life Sciences Queensland Ltd (LSQ) board is seeking committed individuals passionate about life sciences in Qld to join the board of directors. LSQ plans to appoint One (1) Chair and two (2) non-executive directors due to retirement of directors from the board. LSQ is seeking candidates with experience, time and aptitude to take on the roles listed below following appointment to the Board.
- Board Chair
- Board Director
- Chair, Finance and Risk Committee - please indicate if interested
To balance the current board members LSQ are especially interested to receive applications from people that can represent our industry from the perspectives of:
- regional locations,
- larger companies in our sector,
- younger generation including students,
- culturally diverse backgrounds.
We would welcome applications from candidates interested in being appointed to any of these positions. The additional responsibilities associated with these roles are provided at the end of this document.
We request for your EOI response that you complete your personal details, compulsory statements, declaration of fitness to serve, general questions and then provide a response to the specific questions for the role of interest and attach your CV.

The process aims to have newly appointed Directors to attend, either as observers or casual appointment at our August meeting until formal appointment at the AGM
